A revolutionary ski released in 2011, the nocta is the first blackcrows ski designed by Julien Regnier and the brand’s first ski to use a progressive double rocker and inverted camber technology. Extremely agile and with a large load-bearing surface, it has helped to modernize the way we ski. A technological revolution which has undeniably left its mark on ski culture.

Julien Regnier is the blackcrows ski shaper and a freestyle legend. Driven by curiosity and determination, he is a visionaire at the forefront of the evolution of freestyle skiing since the 1990s. He is the former leader of the French mogul team and participated in the Nagano Olympics.

"I first created this ski as there was no big backcountry freestyle ski at blackcrows. As the seasons went by it became lighter, its camber flatter and its flex softer, to become a powder ski with good grip on hard snow. With its ability to pivot you're in for a treat."
