biography

Addison was born and raised in the mountains. Growing up in Ketchum, Idaho she initially found herself drawn to mogul skiing, not because she wanted to prematurely break in her knees for a lifetime of destruction, but because she saw it was the program with the least amount of structure. She didn’t want the rules or tight suits that appeared to come with the other disciplines. She followed this competitively until 7 years later when something that seemed to be even more undisciplined yet authentic came across her radar: freeride skiing. At age 17, she registered for her first big mountain competition. Hooked by the culture and people surrounding the sport, she tried her luck in the Freeride World Qualifiers during the 21/22 season. Winning the two final events, she qualified first in the female ski division, and the rest is history as she makes her way on the Freeride World Tour (first comp, first win!). We look forward to seeing this founding member of MBG (Milk Box Girls) conquer new podiums and big mountain peaks around the world.
