What if I want to exchange or return an item?
Wrong size? Not what you expected? No problem. You can exchange your product for the size that fits you or return it for a refund if you’re not happy. The only exception to this rule is skis which have had bindings fitted.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Please fill out the form below, and we’ll get in contact with you to confirm the return. If you are looking to make a warranty claim, please visit our warranty page.

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label. No charge to you. Nice.

Refund Policy
If you don’t like the items you’ve received, you have 30 days from date of delivery to notify us. We will then arrange a return, and refund you upon receipt. Goods must be in new condition with tags on.

Exchange Policy
We only accept like-for-like exchanges. This means that you can only exchange your product for the same model. For example, you can exchange your Corpus Gore-Tex jacket in size small for a Corpus Gore-Tex jacket in a size medium. You can not exchange one product for a completely different model.

Sending skis back
If you’re not happy with your skis, please make sure they are still in an unused condition, and the return to us will be free. We’ll send you an email with a returns packing note and label.

Notify us within 30 days
Please fill out the form at the top of this page. We’ll get back to you to confirm the return. We will not accept returns after 30 days (of order receipt) except for problems with product quality.

Return new items only
For your exchange to be accepted by us, the product must be new and unused. Unused means without any scuffs, scratches, stains, burrs, dent, or tears. We also can’t accept a return if it arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure that you pack your return item carefully to avoid any risk of damage during transport. It must still have the tags on it.
Remember the returns note and any accessories

We will send you a shipping label and a returns note, these must go in the order so we can trace it back to you. If the return doesn’t have this in it, we don’t know it’s from you.

What happens if I don’t follow the exchange or returns policy?
If you contact us for a product exchange or a return for refund beyond 30 days after you received your order, it will not be accepted by us. If you do not send your return or exchange to us within 30 days of making contact with us, it will not be accepted by us.

If we receive a return/exchange from you that is not acceptable, we will contact you using the email address you used for your purchase to inform you that:

  1. We can ship the item back to you at your cost, or
  2. We can donate the item to a local ski bum.

If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
